The House is a
two bedroom, one bath Lindal Cedar Home. Built one story up,
the house has a magnificent sweeping ocean view, beautiful
gardens, and a large covered lanai (balcony patio). Original
artwork by Kathleen
Carr and Jeri Baumgardner grace the walls, and is available
for purchase. The recently remodeled Italian tile bathroom
has a deep soaking tub and shower. The Studio Apartment, breezeway,
and storage room are on the ground floor. The pool is shared
with the Studio and Cottage residents.

dining room has a dining table for four, with
additional dining on the lanai, and breakfast
bar. |

room has a panoramic ocean view, 20 inch TV and
DVD with cable, CD stereo player, and DSL high-speed
internet access. |

The kitchen has a gas range,
solar hot water, microwave, toaster oven, coffee
maker, and blender. |
The
master bedroom has a king-sized bed with an ocean
and a garden view, complete with walk-in closet
and desk area. |

The
second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with two
windows overlooking the lush tropical gardens.

The bathroom has a deep soaking
tub with Italian tile, and garden view of palms,
banana and mango trees. |

The thirty foot lanai has
magnificent ocean view, a second dining area,
and a full size futon couch for those that enjoy
sleeping outside. |
